The hotel's decor was charming and comforting. The warm wood and marble design elements created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible for senior people, allowing me to move around comfortably and without any difficulty.

I would ask for more consideration for senior guests by ensuring that the staff is attentive and respectful. It's important for the children of the staff to understand the needs of senior guests and be accommodating, creating a more enjoyable vacation experience.

the restaurant's buffet breakfast was extensive and included special diet menus, and the bar and snack bar were perfect for a relaxing evening. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and impressive views from the top floor restaurant.

We stayed here for vacation, very good staff and rooms. We ate at the hotel's rooftop restaurant for breakfast, liked it. Everything was great, including nice room decor.

If you are looking for a great hotel, you should definitely check this one out. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and landmarks within walking distance. The staff are always available and willing to help. The breakfast offered is truly amazing, and the room is comfortable and modern. However, there is construction nearby, which can affect the view from the room.

This accommodation was ideal and fairly clean, it had perfect location and staff. Comfortable beds, central heating, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel TV in the room. It was such wonderful time in Istanbul.

Also, I loved how handy the location was. I visited Shamor Restaurant right at the venue for a few drinks. The room was elegant with extremely comfy beds. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the roof top bar.

Always returning for business, Novotel has it all - from Wi-Fi, parking, and luggage storage to massage, indoor/outdoor pools. First stay, staff helped with dining. Perfect for my needs with non-smoking rooms, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. No regrets.

We were in Istanbul for 3 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was clean with handy location pretty close to everything. Non-smoking room, luxurious. Had super, healthy breakfast.

Booked a room with excellent views of the sea of Marmara. The breakfast was fantastic, had a comfortable stay on time. Central location short walk to Galata and the ferries take off to the Asian side, it was in a nice enough area.

Great bed in the junior suite, plus central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge. The staff is supper friendly, offer an early check-in and late check-out.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is served, offers a breathtaking view that adds to the overall experience. The air-conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance, allowing easy access to a variety of dining choices. The Karakoy tram station and boat station are conveniently located just a few minutes away from the hotel, making it easy to explore the city.

While my stay at Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus was exceptional in every way, I can honestly say that it felt like being in the comfort of my own home. There were no complaints or issues that arose during my time at the hotel.

Location was excellent, close to many restaurants and a short walk to Taxim Square. The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options. The indoor pool and spa were a nice bonus for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom sink was plugged, the floor was wet, and the toilet brush was missing.

The restaurant on the top floor with its constant burning wood fire harmonized with contemporary design and creative food was a delightful experience. The ambience was so cozy, it felt like being wrapped in a warm blanket on a chilly evening, and the food was like a symphony of flavors playing in perfect harmony.

AC in my room was not working & still it 2 days out of 4 to get a new room as technician could not confirm the problem.

Some staff members were not very helpful and didn't provide information about the hotel or assist with baggage.

My 3-day stay at Novotel was amazing. The staff, especially bellboy Mr. Ugur, was quite helpful during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to Taksim, Besiktas, and the districts of the Historic Peninsula by walking. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great view and atmosphere. The dedicated and overly-helpful staff went above and beyond, offering to change our room when we mentioned mosquitoes and even providing free drinks while a guy sprayed our room. The room and bathroom were spacious, and there were plenty of reasonable bars and restaurants/cafes in the area.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to popular tourist attractions and lively cafes and bars. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel provided an upgraded room with Turkish delights and fruits, a nice touch.

The smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room was also disappointing. leftover plates from room service were not cleaned up promptly.

The location was excellent, near Galata port with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Baric and Yusuf, were helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The rooms were soundproof, the room service was fast, and the menu offered delicious dishes from a talented chef. The check-in staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast buffet at Novotel was amazing, with a great variety of delicious food. We especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the omelette station. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience.

My recent stay at the Novotel in Istanbul was fantastic. I was there for a couple of days for a relaxing vacation. The hotel had a great location with plenty of nice cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a good restaurant for room service, and the top floor restaurant had a wonderful view for breakfast.

Loved the delicious seasonal dishes at Muerver restaurant with stunning views. The Gourmet Bar had a classy vibe. Karakoy was a different center of attraction, with easy access to fun venues. Explored beautiful churches in the neighborhood. Istanbul Food and Beverage Group provided excellent services.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion because it provides barcovision, curtain, writing board, sound system, slide control. Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus, with its new and comfortable ballroom and meeting halls, also offers a pleasant break in one of Istanbul's most special districts. Murver, the restaurant, is a great choice for business dinners, group dinners, celebrations.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated personal assistant to assist with last-minute arrangements.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the lively Karakoy and its vibrant nightlife with live music. Walking from Karakoy, we easily reached the Golden Horn, the Galata, and the Sultanahmet for an enriching cultural experience. The Kamondo Merdivenleri, a historical gem built by the Kamondo Family, offered a charming and pleasant trip.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities or play areas would enhance the hotel's appeal for children.
